It's not for matters involving violence, harassment, criminal charges, child welfare, personal injury, immigration, existing court proceedings, or anything needing urgent emergency help. If you're in danger, contact the emergency services instead.
No, and this matters. We don't track or extend deadlines for you. You're solely responsible for meeting any time limit that applies to your matter. Speak to a solicitor if one may be approaching.

Not automatically. Talking to a solicitor is normally protected, so it can't be used against you later; that protection is called legal privilege. It doesn't apply here, so what you upload could have to be shared if your matter ends up in court, a tribunal, or an ombudsman. Only upload what's relevant to your case.
